PingPongTab ships table tennis and ping pong tables across the contiguous United States. Shipping rules, timelines, and cost structures are laid out below so you know exactly what to expect from the moment you place your order to the moment your table arrives.
Shipping Rates & Costs
Free shipping on all orders totaling $110.00 or more (after discounts, fully tax-inclusive)
Flat shipping rate: $9.00 on all orders totaling less than $110.00
Shipping costs, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is submitted. There are no hidden fees added after the fact.
Order Processing & Delivery Timelines
Order Processing Time + Transit Time = Total Estimated Delivery
Order Processing Time: 1-3 business days (orders are processed Monday through Friday; orders placed on weekends or Federal holidays begin processing within 1-3 business days on the next open weekday)
Order Cutoff Time: 3:00 PM EST — orders placed after this cutoff are processed starting the following open weekday
Transit Time: 3-8 business days (varies by carrier and destination within the lower 48 states)
Total Estimated Delivery: 4-11 business days from the date of order placement
PingPongTab does not guarantee delivery on specific calendar dates. Delivery estimates are projections, not commitments. Delays caused by carrier disruptions, severe weather, high-volume shipping periods, or events outside our control may extend delivery timelines.
Order Tracking & Split Shipments
A tracking number will be emailed once your order has been shipped. Tracking information typically requires 24-48 hours to activate in the carrier’s system after the shipping label is generated — if tracking shows no movement initially, check again after 48 hours.
Large or multi-item orders may ship in separate packages and arrive on different days. Each shipment will carry its own tracking number.
Standard accessory orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx. Due to the significant weight and size of table tennis tables, all ping pong table orders are shipped via specialized LTL Freight Carriers (such as FedEx Freight, R+L Carriers, or YRC) to ensure safe transport. Please note that freight deliveries require Curbside Delivery with Liftgate Service, and the carrier will contact you via phone to schedule a specific delivery window. We do not use USPS for any shipments.
Address Accuracy & Missing Packages
The shipping address entered at checkout is used exactly as provided. PingPongTab is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages resulting from an incomplete or incorrect address submitted by the customer. If an order is returned due to an address error, the customer is responsible for any applicable re-shipping costs.
If your tracking shows Delivered but you have not received the package:
Check with neighbors and any secure location on your property.
Wait 48 hours — carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered before the final handoff.
If the package is still missing after 48 hours, contact your local carrier branch directly to file a claim. Carriers are responsible for packages once they report delivery.
PingPongTab is not liable for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives with visible damage to the packaging or the product:
Document the damage within 48 hours of delivery — photograph both the outer packaging and the damaged item.
