Q: How much does shipping cost?
Orders totaling $110.00 or more ship free. Orders under $110.00 are charged a flat rate of $9.00 at checkout. No other shipping fees apply.
Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
Order processing takes 1-3 business days. Transit takes 3-8 business days. Total estimated delivery is 4-11 business days from the date of order placement. These are estimates — actual delivery may vary based on carrier routing and destination.
Q: Where do you ship?
We ship within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states) only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international destinations.
Q: My tracking number isn’t showing any movement. Is something wrong?
Tracking information typically requires 24-48 hours to activate after a shipping label is generated. Check the carrier’s site again after 48 hours. If there is still no update after that window, contact Info@pingpongtab.com with your Order Number.
Q: My order shows “Delivered” but I haven’t received it.
Check with neighbors and any secure areas around your delivery address. Carriers occasionally update tracking before the final handoff. If the package is still missing after 48 hours, contact the carrier directly to file a claim — they are responsible for packages once delivery is confirmed.
Returns & Refunds
Q: How many days do I have to return an item?
Returns are accepted within 30 business days of confirmed delivery. Items must be in brand-new, unused, unopened original condition with all original packaging and components intact.
Q: Are there any restocking fees? No Restocking Fees. PingPongTab charges $0.00 in restocking fees on all eligible returns.
Q: How do I start a return? Do not ship anything back without an RMA number. Email Info@pingpongtab.com with your Order Number and the reason for your return. We will respond within 1-3 business days with your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Packages returned without a valid RMA will be refused.
Q: Who pays for return shipping?
If the item is defective or we sent the wrong product, PingPongTab covers return shipping. If you are returning due to a change of mind or personal preference, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Q: How long does a refund take?
Once your return is received at our returns address, allow 1-3 business days for processing. After that, allow 2-12 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement if not yet shipped. Email Info@pingpongtab.com immediately with your Order Number. After 12 hours, or once an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible — the standard return process applies after delivery.

Q: The table color in my photos looks different from the listing. Is this normal?
Yes. Table surface colors (blue, black, green) can appear different on-screen due to monitor calibration and room lighting. The variation is not a defect. If the product is otherwise undamaged and complete, it does not qualify as grounds for return.
Q: The dimensions I measured are slightly off from what was listed. Is the table defective?
Minor dimensional variation of ±0.5 to 1 inch from stated measurements is normal for foldable table tennis equipment. This tolerance is standard across the category and is not a defect. If you are concerned about fit, measure your space against the maximum possible dimension (listed + 1 inch on each side).
Q: Do your tables require assembly?
Yes. All tables ship partially or fully disassembled and require assembly. Assembly instructions are included. Most mid-size tables can be assembled by one person in 20–40 minutes. Full-size tables (9 ft) are easier with two people due to weight and panel size.
Q: Is the table suitable for competitive play?
Mid-size tables (4.5 ft–6 ft) are designed for recreational and family play — they are not regulation size for official competition. Full-size 9 ft tables match tournament dimensions and are suitable for competitive recreational play. We list the exact table dimensions on each product page — check those against your requirements before ordering.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. All transactions are in USD. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, bank transfers, or cash on delivery.
Q: Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Checkout is processed on pingpongtab.com using 256-bit SSL encryption. We are PCI-DSS compliant and do not store complete card numbers on our servers. Only billing details and the last four digits are retained.
Q: Will I be charged sales tax?
No. The price you see on the product page is the final tax-inclusive price. We do not add any additional sales tax or handling surcharges at checkout. The only potential addition is the $9.00 flat shipping fee if your total order is under $110.00.
Q: Can I change my order after it’s placed?
We process orders quickly. Contact Info@pingpongtab.com immediately with your Order Number if you need to make changes. If the order has not yet entered the shipping process, we will attempt to accommodate the request. Once shipped, changes are not possible.
