Standard accessory orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx. Due to the significant weight and size of table tennis tables, all ping pong table orders are shipped via specialized LTL Freight Carriers (such as FedEx Freight, R+L Carriers, or YRC) to ensure safe transport. Please note that freight deliveries require Curbside Delivery with Liftgate Service, and the carrier will contact you via phone to schedule a specific delivery window. We do not use USPS for any shipments.
Payment processors: Billing and payment data are transmitted to our payment gateway for transaction authorization.
Legal compliance: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or valid government request.
No personal data is shared beyond what is listed above.
Payment Security & PCI-DSS
PingPongTab processes payments in compliance with PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard).
Complete credit card numbers are never stored on our servers.
Only billing details and the last four digits of your card number are retained for order records.
