Using products in accordance with the included assembly and usage instructions
Ensuring the installation space is structurally suitable for the weight and footprint of the table
Keeping heavy table tennis equipment away from unsupervised children and pets during assembly and use
Securing the table properly when stored in a folded position to prevent accidental tipping
PingPongTab shall not be liable for injuries, property damage, or other harm resulting from improper assembly, misuse, failure to follow safety instructions, or use of the product in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose.
Errors, Shipping & External Delays
PingPongTab reserves the right to correct errors in product pricing, descriptions, or stock availability at any time without prior notice. If an order is placed based on an erroneous listing, PingPongTab reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
PingPongTab shall not be liable for shipping delays caused by carrier disruptions, severe weather events, natural disasters, Federal holidays, or other circumstances outside our control. Delivery estimates are projections only and do not constitute guaranteed delivery dates.
