All data transmitted during checkout is protected by 256-bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption. The checkout process takes place entirely on pingpongtab.com — you are not redirected to an unverified third-party payment page at any point during the transaction.
Sales Tax & Pricing Transparency
At PingPongTab, we believe in complete pricing transparency. All sales taxes are already factored into and included in the displayed product price. We collect and remit sales tax in accordance with applicable state requirements, but this is handled entirely on our backend—the price you see on the product page will not be subject to additional tax charges at checkout.
Billing & $0 Hidden Fees
The final amount charged to your card is calculated via a transparent process:
Product Price (Tax Included) + Shipping Cost (If Under $110) = Final Total Cost
There are no hidden fees, processing surcharges, or unstated destination fees. The final amount in your order confirmation matches exactly what you are charged.
Payment Processing & Fraud Prevention
Payment is charged at the time of order placement. If your payment is declined, your order will not be processed — you will need to re-submit with a valid payment method.
PingPongTab reserves the right to cancel orders that trigger automated fraud detection, including orders with mismatched billing and shipping addresses, orders associated with known fraud patterns, or orders placed for resale in volumes that exceed normal consumer quantities. In such cases, any authorized payment will be voided and no charge will appear on your statement.
