PingPongTab accepts returns on eligible items within the timeframe and under the conditions described below. Read this policy before initiating a return to avoid delays or rejection of your request.
Return Window & Eligibility
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:
Must be in brand-new, unused, unopened original condition with all tags and packaging intact
Must include all original components (net, paddles, balls, hardware, assembly instructions)
Must not show signs of assembly, use, or wear
Must not have been altered, modified, or damaged after delivery
Items that do not meet these conditions will not qualify for a refund. This includes assembled tables, tables with missing hardware, and items with cosmetic damage caused after receipt.
Note on product characteristics: Table surface colors (blue, black, green) may appear slightly different on-screen versus in person due to monitor settings and lighting — this is not a defect and does not constitute grounds for return. Similarly, minor dimensional tolerances (±0.5–1 inch from listed dimensions) are standard for this product category.
How to Initiate a Return
Do not ship any item back without first obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Contact us at Info@pingpongtab.com to request your RMA number.Approved returns must be mailed to:

To request an RMA:
Email Info@pingpongtab.com with your Order Number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Our team will respond within 1-3 business days with your RMA number and return instructions.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Ship the item using a trackable shipping method and retain the tracking number.
Return Shipping Costs
Defective or incorrect items: PingPongTab covers return shipping costs. We will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse verified carrier costs.
Change-of-mind returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service — PingPongTab is not responsible for items lost in return transit.
Restocking Fees
$0.00 Restocking Fee. We charge no restocking fee on any eligible return.
Refund Process & Timeline
Once your return is received at our returns address, please allow 1-3 business days for processing. You will receive an email notification when your refund has been initiated.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. After the refund is processed on our end, please allow an additional 2-12 business days for your bank or card issuer to reflect the credit on your statement. This processing window is set by your financial institution and is outside our control.
Order Cancellations & Fraud Prevention
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement at no charge, provided the order has not yet entered the shipping process. To cancel, email Info@pingpongtab.com immediately with your Order Number.
After 12 hours, or once an order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible and the standard return process applies upon delivery.
PingPongTab reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds on items that show evidence of use, damage incurred after receipt, missing components, or suspected fraud. We reserve the right to decline service to customers with a history of abusive return behavior.
